Joy is at the center of everything we do for our scholars. We prioritize social emotional learning, build physical movement into the day, and use circle time to build a strong, supportive classroom community.
We believe meaningful engagement with the arts is an integral part of scholarship and active citizenship. We grow our scholars’ capacities to think critically, communicate fluently, and take informed, creative action within an artistic discipline.
Civic education starts in Kindergarten. It is taught both in our classrooms and in our communities, so that our scholars learn that they have a voice and how to use it to affect positive change.
We are committed to maintaining a culture of connectedness where scholars feel safe, build strong relationships, and have fun learning.
