Democracy Prep Nevada Is Now an Independent School

As of July 1, 2026, Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus has officially transitioned to DPAC Nevada, an independent, tuition-free public charter school serving scholars in grades K–12 in Las Vegas’ Historic Westside.

DPAC Nevada is no longer part of the Democracy Prep Public Schools network and is now governed and operated as an independent public charter school.

As DPAC Nevada welcomes scholars and families for the 2026–27 school year under a locally based leadership team, the school remains committed to providing rigorous academics, civic engagement, and opportunities that prepare scholars for success in college and beyond.
