“DPHE is the place where kids grow as kids and scholars. We believe in educating the whole child — pushing them to be active members of their community and respectful citizens. Academically, all scholars are pushed to showcase their understanding of rigorous standards; ultimately preparing them to succeed in the college of their choice.”
Justin Richmond
Principal of Harlem Elementary School
“DP centers not just our scholars’ learning, but their life trajectory. Through our rigorous curriculum, global citizens programming and civics initiatives, we help empower world changers. I’ve watched my former students become alumni who impact their communities and our world.”
Teddy Alvaro
