National Advisory Board:  Chair, Congressman Charles B. Rangel

Congressman Rangel has represented Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, and parts of the South Bronx in Congress for more than 30 years and is the ranking member of the House Ways and Means Committee. He has been a tireless national advocate for urban public schools and has helped Democracy Prep arrange meetings with national experts on school design, civic education, and finance.
